I normally really never write reviews, but this is too much, so I'm writing one. During the consultation, they said InMode needs to be done 2-3 times at regular intervals to be effective, so I went ahead and paid for a total of 2 sessions. A lot of people around me had gotten good results from InMode, so I was looking forward to it, put on the anesthetic cream, and waited. My phone battery had died so I had left it at the front desk and couldn't check the time, but even so, it felt like I had waited way too long. Just as I was about to call them, a nurse came over, checked the cream application time, looked shocked, and said oh my, then moved me straight into the procedure room ㅋㅋ They had clearly said at first that they would only apply it for about 20 minutes. When I asked how long it had been, instead of giving an exact time they said, 'You've had it on for a while ~ but the Shurink we do together hurts a lot, so it should actually be better for you ㅎㅎ' The doctor was kind and handled the timing properly with a timer, so I just let it go, but when I checked the time afterward, it had taken almost 3 hours. (On that day, I also had to wait with the finishing pack on for more than 30 minutes.) About 2 weeks later, still half skeptical, I went back for the remaining session. That day also felt long, but a nurse came at the proper time, checked my anesthetized state, and started the procedure right away. Afterward, they put on the finishing pack, but normally that pack should be on for at most 20 minutes, and they left me sitting there for a full 50 minutes. I think there are two nurses checking things inside the waiting area, but they just keep talking to each other and don't seem to check properly. Isn't it basic common sense not to leave patients sitting around arbitrarily? Nobody's time is garbage, and if I had had nothing else scheduled after the procedure, fine, but imagine if I had. I was so angry that I asked how much longer I had to keep the pack on, and they still didn't apologize, just shoved four lifting packs into my hands and ended it ㅋㅋ I've been around many clinics in Gangnam, but this is the first place I've seen service this bad. They really need to retrain all the staff from scratch.
