First of all, I liked that the consultation with the doctor was longer than at other hospitals. The doctor was really kind, told me to ask anything I wanted, and when I hesitated and said, "Ah, I can't think of what I want to ask..." he told me to take as much time as I needed. That doesn't mean the consultation with the manager was bad, but at other hospitals the split between manager and doctor is at least 5:5, whereas here, if I had to put a ratio on it, it was more like 3:7? 2:8? I was really able to ask everything I was curious about, and that was good. There were no unnecessary recommendations, and I also liked the principle of only doing two surgeries a day.
