The procedure pain is honestly the most painful I've ever experienced. They said it was a specialized implant that would last a long time, but from around 4 months later, my nose almost went back to how it was originally. They also put threads in both directions of the nostrils, but because my nostrils narrowed like an electrical outlet, the tip of my nose became way too sharp, and after a week the area between the bridge and the tip sank, so I ended up adding more filler there to fill it in. It feels like half of it ended up being filler rather than thread. And since my original nose was slightly crooked, around 3 months later the thread also bent toward the entrance of the nostril and I could feel it, and it hurt so much that when I asked, they just said to wait because it would dissolve. They said there was nothing they could do except give me painkillers. The doctor also wanted to rush through the procedure and leave as fast as possible, the wait time was too long, and anyway now it's been 6 months and it seems like everything has dissolved, and I really will never do it again.
