Hmm.. the hospital seems very busy, and I got the sense that the managers and therapists weren't communicating well with each other and were all a bit confused. Even though I had a reservation, the waiting time was quite long, and the consultation was only with the manager before I went straight into the procedure room. I guess clinics that run a lot of events are all similar in that way. The doctor was kind and did a good job quickly, so if the procedure result turns out well, I'd probably just put up with it and keep going.
