I had nose boosting with a thread insert and even facial fillers, so the cost ended up higher than I expected. It's good to go if you don't have a big complex and just want a slight change. Since it's not surgery, it doesn't change dramatically. They recommend calcium filler because the maintenance lasts a long time. I think it held up reasonably well for about a year and a half.
