I was a student, so I wanted a natural look, but I also wanted the bulbous-nose correction to be clearly effective. I had a slight hump, so they shaved it down and did bulbous-nose correction (cartilage tying, nostril reduction), lowered the columella, and used septal cartilage and ear cartilage. My skin was naturally thick, so my nose didn't become super small, but the before and after are definitely clear. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ My friends said it turned out well.
