They first decide on a designated doctor, but mine changed three times, so every time I had to re-explain my skin and what was bothering me, which was a hassle. On top of that, at the end, I had made a reservation a month in advance after checking my schedule, but they unilaterally canceled it because the doctor’s schedule changed, which stressed me out a lot. It was my first dermatology package of treatment sessions. I decided, ‘Since I’m doing it anyway, let’s pay more and do it right from the start,’ but it was expensive with little effect and very factory-like. The hospital atmosphere is good and the staff are really kind. Also, most of the consultation goes through the manager, and you probably won’t get to talk with the actual doctor for even 10 minutes. If it goes on for about 20 minutes, they may start rushing you from the side..^^ (Now that I think about it, maybe it’s because they’re not an experienced doctor…) Don’t ask that manager whether this doctor is good. They’ll just assign you to a newly joined doctor who doesn’t have many designated patients and say everyone is good anyway~^^ (I looked up why the doctor changed three times while the designated doctor kept changing) Still, the doctors in charge are really kind and if you ask, they explain what laser it is and so on very well… I just don’t understand the terms and they go right past me… I’m leaving this review under the name of the third doctor.
