At first I was scared of nose surgery and fillers felt too temporary, so I did filler + thread lifting. The first time, it lifted like I had nose surgery and I was satisfied. But it definitely sank lower as time passed. After about 5-6 months it goes down, and when I had it done again after that, it didn’t lift like the first time. And the procedure really hurt way more than I expected, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you can’t tolerate pain.
