I got it about a year ago? and it was extremely dramatic (my own drooping nasal tip + bulbous nose). My philtrum isn’t particularly short and it was faint, so I thought even if I had nose surgery I’d still be dissatisfied, so I did nose profiling first. The anesthesia injection was honestly the most painful injection I’ve ever had, and during the first procedure even after the anesthetic shot there was still that entering sensation plus pressure pain, if I had to describe it. The touch-up was tolerable, even with the anesthetic shot included. At first it felt like my nose was being forced up and my philtrum was being pulled longer, so I thought it had failed, but after about a month it became natural. Still, people around me did notice it ㅋㅋㅋㅋ It seems like it lasted for over a year, and now it has receded a lot comparatively, but I don’t think the nasal tip has returned to how it used to be. But if someone wants a dramatic effect from a procedure, I think they’d be satisfied. I’m debating whether to do another procedure or get nose surgery.
