This was the clinic I was most looking forward to, but it felt more like the doctor was suggesting a direction for me rather than following what I wanted. Also, they said that if the deviated septum couldn't be used, they could use donated rib cartilage during surgery, but I don't want to use donated rib cartilage, so I'm hesitating... I didn't want a dramatic improvement, but they said nostril reduction would require an internal incision, so I don't think I'll end up getting it done here. And it's definitely more elegant than natural.
