라인앤뷰의원 — patient report

I went there before they moved, so I don't know what it's like now, but I was shocked by the facilities ㅠㅠ It was a place narrower than a neighborhood internal medicine clinic, and when I went up to the operating room on the upper floor for a blood test, there were paint buckets? stacked on the stairs.. The consultation coordinator started laughing and said, 'Do you know what this is? It's all fat~' which was scary ㅠㅠ The blood draw was also.. they couldn't find my veins, so they stuck both arms, and I've never had this happen before, but after they drew blood there I got so dizzy and felt like I was going to throw up that I almost collapsed.. ㅠ I sneaked a look at the operating room and got scared that I might die if I had surgery there, so ㅠㅠ I canceled my reservation ㅠㅠ First of all, leaving everything else aside, you can't even meet the doctor during the consultation and only talk to the coordinator... how does that make sense..? And the coordinator was so, so scary ㅠㅠㅠ like a delinquent..? At first she was super nice, but once I said I'd booked other hospitals too, she suddenly changed her face and said, 'Oh, okay ㅋㅋ Go ahead ㅋㅋ In the end we'll meet again anyway ㅋㅋ After you go somewhere else, you'll come back for revision surgery and regret it,' and started cursing at me ㅠ Also, they said the surgery would take 7-8 hours, and when I asked if CCTV footage could be reviewed, she got cold and said, 'Only if the police come with you.' Honestly, if you're going to be unconscious under anesthesia for 8 hours, isn't it natural to worry from the patient's perspective..?? ㅠ When I said I was worried, she said that's because they do it in such detail, and actually treated the long surgery time like a plus... Then why can't they show the CCTV... The Gangnam Unni app reviews looked way too dramatic and like they were giving a super sharp result, and the pressure to book was insane, so even when I said I had another appointment later they wouldn't let me leave, and threatened that if I didn't get the blood test today I couldn't have surgery, so not knowing any better I booked right away and got my blood drawn, but the more I looked into it.. there were so many issues...ㅠ and some of the reviews looked obviously padded, so after I canceled they kept not refunding me ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Even the 10,000 won consultation deposit took forever to get back...ㅎㅎ They often read messages and don't reply, too.. Anyway, I'm really glad I didn't do it there...... If liposuction ruins your body, it's really hard to reverse it.. Everyone, please choose carefully.....
