They were kind and the consultation was very detailed. They told me I didn't have to do things I didn't need, and would match the plan to my budget. They also explained in detail which areas would be needed for the body shape I want. The only disappointing thing was that I couldn't meet the director, but the manager did give a very detailed consultation.
