Honestly, I was seriously debating whether to go or not, but I went to this hospital. I went without expecting much, but it was better than I thought. And the manager really speaks very well... The consultation was kind of funny too: the director is a total T and the consultation manager is an F. The explanations themselves were very thorough, but there was both facts and empathy in them. There was no pressure to book, so I came home feeling relaxed. After comparing with other hospitals, it seems fine, and I'm planning to book the surgery.
