I want to have my first surgery in my life here. 1. Doctor's kindness The doctor is thorough, kind, and professional, and spent 30-40 minutes in consultation. They also explained how to open the eyes without relying on forehead muscles, and carefully adjusted the eyelid line several times. They also considered the overall balance of the face. 2. Consultation expertise They explained in detail why the eye-correction procedure recommended at another hospital was not recommended here, and they did not push anything excessive. There was no discount that you only get if you reserve on the same day, so it felt even more trustworthy. 3. Staff kindness They were kind, did not push too much, and guided and consulted me so I could stay at the hospital comfortably. 4. Clinic facilities There was a private women's restroom, which was really nice! 5. Expectations for surgery Overall, if I had surgery here, I feel like I would not regret it at all. The consultation was very satisfying, with 1 year of AS, support for swelling-laser treatment, and meetings with the doctor at 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery.
