The staff and the director were all incredibly kind, and the consultation was very, very thorough! They didn't push anything excessively and recommended things in a very natural style. It felt less like they were telling me whether what I wanted would or wouldn't work, and more like they were shaping the look themselves?... The consultation went like, 'That's too much, and you should do it this way and that way.' The director is a bit older, so I'm worried about that too, but there is also a craftsman-like feel, so I'm torn.
