Looking at the reviews, there was no sense of overediting and the line was extremely neat, with almost no swelling, so it seemed like they work fast, which is why I consulted there. (I've heard that the shorter the surgery time, the less swelling there is.) The doctor only said the necessary things, without any unnecessary fluff, but gave me plenty of time to ask questions, so I could ask everything I wanted. The back-and-forth with the manager was good too. The consultation felt like talking through my concerns, and there was no pressure or overdoing it.
