I was recommended a double-eyelid revision plus diagonal canthoplasty. The thick double eyelids were to be made thin again, and the opinion matched other clinics that simply redoing the line alone would make the eyes look cramped.. They said doing both epicanthoplasty and upper canthoplasty together would make the eyes look more open? But they also said that making the line itself thin and not too obvious would be much prettier! I felt there was no overcorrection, and since the doctor specializes in eyes, it was pretty good...
