I went to a consultation right away after seeing before-and-after photos of someone whose eye shape and overall features looked really similar to mine. I showed the director that person's before-and-after photos, and I was able to hear an explanation of how surgery should be done to get a similar result. They explain things in a calm, detailed way! It was easy to understand. The manager also explained everything well without any pressure.
