The consultant and the doctor are kind. I went after reading a review saying there wasn't much reservation waiting, and I thought I wouldn't have to wait long, but after seeing the doctor I ended up waiting for the consultant, and it felt like about 15 minutes. It was a bit annoying to keep waiting alone in the room feeling awkward, but the total waiting time was definitely shorter than at other clinics. And the doctor said all the lines I wanted would work, and drew the line several times for me. I also liked that they kept asking if I had any more questions. But when I asked whether the lower outer canthoplasty was unnecessary for my eyes, they said it would help cover my face shape if I had it done, so they recommended it too. However, when it came time to discuss the price with the consultant at the end, the consultant actually discouraged the lower outer canthoplasty, which was different from the director's opinion and felt a bit ironic. (After consulting other clinics later, most of them also discouraged it like the consultant did.) But they also said I didn't need eye shape correction, which I liked. It didn't seem like overtreatment, but if I added the lower outer canthoplasty too, the price would jump into a different bracket, so it felt ambiguous.
