I do want an inner corner correction, but I was looking into just canthoplasty a lot to prevent issues like the Mongolian fold remaining if only the inner corner is opened, or the inner corner becoming too low and pointy because only the front becomes sharply opened. I went to a consultation because this place combines upper canthoplasty and inner corner correction, saying it avoids the drawbacks of both. There are definitely many directors who just proceed with each surgery and ignore or overlook the problems that come up when doing inner corner and upper canthoplasty separately, but this director seemed to have clearly caught onto the issues patients feel and created a surgery that combines the two, so I think they definitely have aesthetic sense. At the consultation, I said I wanted natural adhesion and diagonal canthoplasty, and it didn't feel like they were just casually glancing at my eyes. They repeatedly had me open and close my eyes, tried out the eye line a lot, and once they had a rough design, they showed me the line together in the mirror. I really liked the line they showed me when it was set, so I said I liked it, but what I liked was that they said it wasn't that line and that they should look at a different feeling too, then they designed another line again. Since the canthoplasty was also a surgery they created themselves, they explained it in far more detail than what was on the website and said I really had to hear it in person. They told me what type of inner corner I have, how this surgery needs to be done, and what kind of result they expect. Just from the way they speak, they might seem blunt, but the content of the consultation and the thoroughness made me feel that this was an eye-specialty hospital. The cost also seems to be high for eye surgery these days, but here they really charged exactly the price listed in the event. I liked the consultation here.
