I had it done 6 years ago back in the Konofi days, and they shaped it as naturally as possible to match my needs while refining the dorsal hump. It’s been so long that I don’t remember the details, but the shape turned out well. I also had septoplasty covered by insurance at the same time, but that recurred, and as I’ve gotten older it seems to have gotten worse tooㅠㅠ Still, the shape turned out so well that I never touch it at all.. Maybe I’ll want to have rhinitis surgery separately later, but I don’t have any plans yet.
