Back in the KonoPi days, I went to an ENT specialist to get my nose surgery done along with rhinitis surgery. At the time, it was 350 with a same-day reservation discount, with about 1 million won available through insurance claim for the rhinitis surgery. In the end, I regret having surgery here. During the consultation, unlike other hospitals, they only recommended septal correction for the rhinitis surgery, so I thought they weren’t doing excessive treatment, and I chose this hospital because it was said to be a revision-surgery specialty clinic. The consultation was just a quick visual check inside my nose, so I thought that was the attitude of an expert. There was no in-depth consultation. Maybe because of that, during surgery they ignored my request from the consultation to make only a 1 to 2 mm change to the nasal tip and instead made it according to the design they had originally recommended, which resulted in a upturned nose. When I had just woken up from anesthesia after the surgery, they said they had raised it by 3.5 mm, and I was shocked, but I thought it would still be okay once time passed. Instead, for three months the upturned nose and uneven nostrils were so severe that I had a really hard time mentally. The doctor said the swelling would go down a lot in two weeks, but even after several weeks it hadn’t gone down. When I complained, a staff member even let slip that it seemed like the director had made a mistake, while the director kept repeating that it looked fine to him and said that if I really hated it, I should get revision surgery. Now that time has passed, the swelling has completely gone down, but only the tip is still lifted like Pinocchio, so that became another complex. My nostrils have gotten much smaller than at first, but they are still a complex for me. This was my first plastic surgery, and because it went badly, I don’t even want to think about revision surgery or any other procedures. When I touch the part where the dorsal hump was shaved down, I can feel the flatly scraped surface 그대로. Also, when I was under sleep anesthesia, the injection was mishandled only at this hospital, so they had to inject it in my other arm. I have never had a failed experience before because my skin is white and thin... Even before the surgery, the counseling manager mistakenly thought septal deviation correction wasn’t covered by insurance and kept changing what she said, so the staff looked sloppy too. For reference, even if there is no review-writing discount, they just show you unblurred photos of other patients, so you have to give up your portrait rights.
