Both the manager and the director answered my questions well and were kind. And I heard that the wait has been serious lately, but I didn't end up waiting as long as I expected. They explained the surgery method and process well and reflected my needs properly, but it was a little different from the shape I had in mind, so I'm a bit torn. Overall, I'm satisfied with the consultation.
