They mainly consulted me about a hooked nose and a crooked nose, especially the crooked nose. I was worried because they seemed to have a slightly flashy surgical style, but they explained things enough from my stability-oriented perspective of what I was aiming for. They also showed similar before-and-after cases. They explained the crooked-nose issue in detail, but I don't have the structural knowledge, so I didn't understand a lot haha; they did seem very professional. Regarding the tip, they first clearly said they would do it as an all-in-one septal support-septal extension procedure. I asked about tip visibility, and they said it would be fine because of their skill, which made me feel a bit proud too, but I was also thinking that the patient's individual characteristics matter and that it is a probabilistic side effect, so my trust in them dropped a little.
