I went because there were a lot of reviews and I wanted to get one professional consultation from an ENT specialist at a private clinic. When I clearly told the director that I did not want silicone, he explained the surgery method in line with that direction and was the type to talk in detail, from anesthesia onward. He did not additionally recommend other surgeries, and spoke seriously, almost like advice, only about the areas I wanted to discuss, so he does seem trustworthy.
