After the first consultation, I went around to several hospitals, but my mind kept coming back to Hi-end, so I made up my mind and revisited. I had only gotten a quote for function + cosmetic, so I came back to discuss materials and the estimate again for cosmetic purposes only, and then set a date. Honestly, there were two more places I wanted to visit, but Hi-end kept staying on my mind, so I just canceled them and decided to trust them and go ahead. I decided on primary surgery with septum + silicone + ear cartilage + osteotomy (correction of crookedness and asymmetry) (It was my first surgery, so I was extremely careful because I absolutely did not want a revisionㅠㅠ,,, ) They put the nose photo I wanted up in the operating room and did the surgery. I asked them to use donated rib cartilage if the materials were insufficient after opening the nose, but they said that if, during the consultation, they judged it possible without rib cartilage, they almost never use it. Since I was going for something between natural and glamorous, and I didn't show any extremely flashy photos, they said septum alone would probably be enough. (I have a short upturned nose. Several years ago I got nose fillers many times. Before the fillers, it was just a low-bridged, droopy-tip nose, and I was fine with it, so I never even thought about nose surgery. But as the fillers spread, the tip and nostril shape became lifted and strange, so I decided to get surgery.) The chief doctor seems to have an aesthetic sense, and I thought he would match what I wanted well, so I decided on him. The director was also honest and kind, and the aftercare was good too~ They said the doctor personally removes the splint and checks it~ Surgery is scheduled for early June ! If it succeeds, I'll come back with a pretty review ^ ^
