It was a weekend consultation, and there wasn't a single patient? so I could consult right away without waiting. The consultation went CT -> photos -> manager -> doctor -> manager, and the manager felt like a professional. She explained things calmly and seemed very knowledgeable. The doctor was in the middle of finishing surgery, so I waited about 15 minutes before the consultation, but probably because he had just come from surgery, he seemed a bit frazzled and while explaining things gave off the feeling of wanting to wrap it up quickly, like "do this and this and it'll be fine" ㅠ I feel like the doctor's consultation took less than 5 minutes. He recommended autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage + donated dermis, but didn't say whose dermis it was. He also mentioned a functional nose issue, and in other hospitals they hadn't brought up rhinitis, but here he caught it. I didn't like that they were explaining an ENT procedure as if they were giving a discount at a plastic surgery clinic just because you can get reimbursed through insurance ㅠ The cost was the highest I'd ever seen. They said if you make a same-day reservation they'd give a 50,000 won discount, which made me laugh inside ; anyway, I liked that they didn't pressure me to book.
