The director was very kind, and I think their opinion matches the doctor's. As soon as I arrived, we were already talking about what I had discussed with the director earlier! Overall, it has a tall and glamorous feel, and since the clinic hasn't been open very long, it was a bit disappointing that there weren't many review photos showing the swelling going down over time (6 months to 1 year)!
