I didn’t have surgery, but the consultation was good. I liked that they explained the parts I was worried about well, and the director explained things professionally. The staff were also fairly kind. The manager showed me before-and-after photos, but the director’s style was different from the shape I had in mind, so I didn’t end up having surgery.
