First of all, I have experience with orthognathic surgery. They took CT photos and the staff took front and side photos with a camera. There was no separate cost. They recommended donor rib cartilage for the tip of my nose, and said I had a slight hump nose bridge (I was surprised because it was the first time I'd ever heard that in my life). The doctor speaks a bit fast, but it feels clear.. How should I put it? It felt less like "let's think about this together" and more like the answer was already decided and they were quickly guiding me toward it, which had a sort of magic to it, but... This hospital is the first place that recommended rib cartilage, so I don't really know.. I don't know.. it just doesn't draw me inㅠㅠ
