They say autologous rib cartilage is not often used for a first nose surgery, but it seemed that most of the style I wanted is usually done with rib cartilage. So I narrowed my list down to places with directors who handle autologous rib cartilage well, and after comparing several consultations, Director Im's consultation was satisfying enough for me to go ahead with the surgery. I wanted a clearly defined and high bridge at the tip of the nose, and I was aiming for a somewhat glamorous style, and they did exactly what I wanted. It does not look too witch-like either, and the tip is very well defined, so I am really happy~
