I had revision rhinoplasty. It was a place with good reviews for a slim, defined, pretty nose, and I went with autologous costal cartilage because I wanted the tip to be clearly and firmly supported. I was worried about the harvest scar, but they closed it well and explained how to care for it, so I have no problems now. The tip also doesn’t feel overly sharp; it came out at exactly the pretty, defined-nose level I wanted.
