They were fairly kind during the consultation, but they didn't clearly tell me the surgical plan, so I hesitated and ended up not having the surgery. Some reviews were good and some made me go, "Huh?" so I was conflicted. The manager was kinder than at other places, and I think it's good that there was no over-quoting.
