The director was kind and explained things in detail, and I could feel that he was trying to match the patient's requests as much as possible. To lower the chance of revision rhinoplasty, he recommended using autologous costal cartilage, which was a bit 부담스럽긴 했네요. But he also said that was all a choice. Overall it was a good consultation.
