There are two directors here. So it felt more like a private clinic than a large hospital. I got the impression that they respond carefully without being chaotic. I went expecting a lot because the review photos were pretty, and the consultation was detailed, and they were the only ones who recommended autologous costal cartilage, which made me trust them.
