Today is the third day. It doesn't seem like they take care of you in very much detail, and the consultation ended pretty casually and quickly, but I used ear cartilage, and I was a little upset that I just came home with no special measures taken. My ear hurts more than my nose right now.. Still, they did a good job quickly. I should come back after seeing the shape and write again.
