The director was unbelievably kind and gave a very thorough consultation. He explained in great detail how much my rhinitis would improve and what would not improve. I hesitated when I heard donor rib cartilage would be used, but he carefully explained the reason it was needed. However, there was pressure to book on the same day during the consultation, and I was surprised when they said I didn't need to set the surgery date yet, but should put down about 10% as a deposit.
