I had revision tip rhinoplasty as an event at Baribtalk. My bridge was already there, so the tip had dropped a bit compared to before, and I wanted to fix it in place, so I had revision surgery. The side-profile tip looks pretty. Even a year after surgery, it hasn't dropped and is being maintained, but they also said I had a bulbous nose, so I paid extra and had bulbous nose correction too. That correction didn't work. And from the front, my nose became longer and a bit crooked-looking. A second revision would be expensive, and the shape isn't bad enough that I want to have surgery again, but still, I'm a little disappointed.
