Honestly, the consultation wait time was a little long, but the consultation coordinator and the director were kind, so I liked it. There was no unnecessary pressure to have surgery, and because it was a revision surgery, I had a lot of worries, but the coordinator listened well and made me feel comfortable, which was good. The consultation was good.
