I had a consultation with Director Kim Se-young, who was assigned as my designated doctor. They did a CT scan and even felt my nose with their own hands, and the consultation was so kind and thorough that it was the biggest reason I put down a reservation deposit. The waiting time was long, so the consultation also went on for a long and detailed time, with them repeatedly asking if I had any more questions, and the manager also felt generally kind. In the end, I couldn’t get the nose surgery right away so I canceled the reservation, but I’d be willing to go back for a re-consultation later and look at the estimate again.
