They made a mistake about the surgery date themselves, but then blamed me for it, which was pretty bad. I wondered if I should even go ahead with the surgery in that mood, but I liked the director so much that I went through with it anyway. Of course I had to wait, but the surgery went smoothly. The director also told me during the consultation that some things were too much and not recommended, and held me back from doing things that were unnecessary! They seem like a genuinely good person.
