First of all, the consultation manager was very friendly and treated me like an older sister, which I liked! The director also looked carefully, kept asking if I had any more questions, and waited while I thought of what to ask, which I liked. People say the manager pushes reservations, but I did not feel pressured at all and just left a deposit!
