When I asked honestly whether osteotomy was necessary and whether there would really be a big difference between the two, they said they didn't think there would be a big difference and that if I didn't do it now, I could always do it later if I wanted. That part made me trust them. Everything was good, but when I was talking with the manager, she was really kind and nice. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ To put it simply, the price difference between the surgery done with the septum and the autologous costal cartilage surgery was only 200,000 won. Then who would choose the septum surgery...? So I felt like maybe they were quoting it that way because they wanted me to go for autologous costal cartilage since I wanted something flashy. And I paid a deposit, but after receiving the guide text, they contacted me again saying there was also a review-post condition. When I said I hadn't been informed of that during the consultation, they said, ah, maybe I explained it too briefly. We never talked about it at all. I even thought to myself on the way home, ah, I should have asked about the review discount. Then I said no, we never talked about it ㅋㅋ and because I was annoyed by the long conversation, I asked how many posts I had to upload. There wasn't really a strict standard. A week, a month, six months, a year? Anyway, then I asked if uploading just one app post would be enough, and they were like, um... yes, I mean, if possible, you can upload more... and I was like, what is this... And I also thought it was ridiculous that if a surgery patient wants to view the CCTV, they have to pay an extra 100,000 won and apply to see it. Anyway, I hate this kind of vague handling, so I'm going to take my deposit back too. I also don't understand why they take a deposit that is supposedly 100% refundable if you notify them a week in advance...
