I only wanted nose surgery, so I looked into Mighty. Their before-and-after photos were the ones I liked best, and it seems like they make the line beautifully and naturally. Of course they took a CT before the consultation and gave me a thorough consultation. The doctor was not just kind, but super sweet. I thought Mighty was perfect because I wanted to hear not 'I had nose surgery' outright, but rather 'somehow you got prettier and your image became more refined.' The consultation director was also thorough.
