It felt like a pretty standard hospital. I did like that the director seemed to make the surgery plan specifically for me. The manager was also appropriately friendly, not overly so, so it didn’t feel burdensome, and personally I didn’t really feel any pressure... probably close to none? The point I liked most was that they explained the surgery details carefully.
