I had the revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and the pain and scarring were not severe, and recovery was much faster than I expected. There was no tip drooping or resorption, and both the front view and side view are shaped well, so I’m satisfied. In particular, the nicely refined line from the bridge to the nasolabial angle really seems to have fully met my needs. The aftercare was good too, and I’m glad the revision was a success.
