Both the manager and the doctor were kind, but from the very first manager consultation they immediately recommended autologous costal cartilage, and it felt like they were pushing the same material all the time. And every time I mentioned the area I was worried about, the doctor talked as if revision surgery would solve everything, which actually made me suspicious.
