When I see people who had nose surgery, it seems like a lot of them had it done two or three times, but at least for me, they set the line I wanted well on my first surgery, so I'm glad I don't seem like I'll need a revision because I don't like the design. During the consultation I also said that I wanted to do it firmly on the first surgery and that I didn't mind using costal cartilage, and I had the surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and I'm definitely glad I used it. Also, maybe because the director has a lot of experience with autologous costal cartilage surgery, my recovery went well.
