The tip of my nose is upturned and spread out, and my bulbous nose is so, so much of a complex for me that I've been going around to consult hospitals that are good at bulbous nose surgery! I don't like factory-style clinics, so I've been going mostly to single-doctor clinics, and among single-doctor clinics, Mighty was extremely thorough :) The manager was also really kind, and the director listened to my story in detail from the very beginning. Based on those concerns, they discussed how to do the nose surgery together, and it was clear they were trying to match the direction I wanted. From what I've seen after going around to different places, experienced directors really are different even from the consultation stage.
