I'm looking around with the idea of having autologous costal cartilage from the first nose surgery. A friend who had a very broad nose got good results at Mighty, so I was introduced and went for a consultation. Of all the places I've been to, the doctor was the most meticulous and kind. He explained enough about the costal cartilage material, and also explained things like skin thickness and the shape of the columella, so it was easy to understand. I liked that he discussed my crooked nose and dorsal hump from the stage of figuring out the condition, and talked with me about how to make the line come out beautifully. The clinic atmosphere was calm and clean, which was nice, and the person who consulted with me also felt like they paid a lot of attention to me, so I think I'll decide on this place.
